Thessaloniki and the Balkans, 1900-1922


Five lectures about the first decades of the 20th century centered on the capital of the Ottoman Balkans during a period of worldwide changes, when the old empires closed the cycle of their existence. Lecturers: Kostas Karamalis (four lectures) and Vasiliki Tsakoglu, who will speak about the pogrom against the Greek population of Eastern Thrace, 1913-1918.
